My name is Sharon Bellin and I have 36 years of teaching experience. I
have taught in the states of Arkansas, North Carolina, Georgia,
Florida, and now in Wisconsin. I have spent the largest portion of my
teaching career in Grades 6-8; however, I have also taught second,
third, and fifth grades as well. In addition to teaching, I have also
enjoyed serving as principal for 4 years in Stuttgart, Arkansas.
My areas of strong interest include teaching the faith (religion),
Science, Art, Geography, and US History. My other areas of experience
and enjoyment in the classroom, school, and congregation include:
Principal for 4 years; designing and implementing summer day care
programs at 2 schools; planning 7-8 grade class trips which I have
done to Orlando, Florida, Chicago, Illinois, Atlanta, Georgia and
Washington D.C.; and running Science Fairs. I have worked on a Church
Christian Education Committee and on the Mid-South District-Lutheran
Church Missouri Synod - nominations and elections committee. I have
also enjoyed serving as an Athletic Director and coach for Basketball,
Softball, and Volleyball.
My husband, Will, is a retired Principal and teacher. We especially
enjoy traveling and spending time with our extended family. Our son,
Nathaniel, has just completed his second year at Concordia University
- Nebraska. He plans to go into the family business, teaching, at the
secondary level. God has really been leading us through the adventure
of life and He continues to lead us daily.
